The dusts were developed when we  identified the problem with the traditional rubs, many of the coatings do not stick to the product! The dusts were formulated to solve this problem, thereby enhancing the flavour of the dish.

Beef Dust – This versatile dust can be used to coat BBQ meat cuts and flavour roasts and stews

Fish Dust – Look no further for a unique coating for grilled fish, flavourant for a fish mayonnaise or sauce.

i LIKE that™ range of pasta sauces. These pasta sauces were developed with the working person in mind who does not compromise on quality and taste. These versatile powders and be used solo to create a stunning pasta dish or as a flavourant with other ingredients to make your favourite pasta sauce.

Wild Mushroom Pasta Sauce – This sauce is made with hand picked wild Porcini Mushrooms.

Mediterranean Pasta Sauce – As a stand alone this product makes an excellent Spaghetti Napolitane or used with ground beef you have the makings for Spaghetti Bolognese or Lasagne.

This range of curries contains all the ingredients required to make the sauce, all you need to do add is the meat! At the same time we have ensured that by using quality dried ingredients, herbs and spices we have not compromised on the flavour.
